Zain Noreen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from NED University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah university with specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning. Her research interests focus on Urdu Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, with an emphasis on developing intelligent computational solutions for low-resource languages.

She has been actively involved in higher education since 2018. She began her academic career at Aptech, followed by approximately four and a half years at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU). She subsequently served as a faculty member at FAST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. She has been serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at D. J. Sindh Government Science College, Karachi, for the past one and a half years.

Her academic interests include Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Computer Science education. She is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and mentoring students while contributing to advancements in intelligent language technologies.
