Dr. Sara is a Ph.D. in Chemistry and serves as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at D.J. Sindh Government Science College, Karachi. She is dedicated to teaching and research in Chemistry, She has extensive experience in teaching undergraduate chemistry courses, with a strong commitment to academic and research and  promoting scientific learning, critical thinking, and academic excellence among her students. 
Dr. Sara has authored and co-authored several research publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Her research has contributed to areas such as Biological potential of natural products,  Synthesis of bioactive constituents, Metal-ion sensing  and Nanomaterials. 
Her research interests include Natural Products Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, Coordination Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry, with a particular focus on the synthesis and characterization of bioactive compounds and the development of analytical methods for environmental and pharmaceutical applications. 
She is a Llife Member of Chemical Society of Pakistan (CSP) and actively participates in professional activities that promote research, scientific collaboration, and the advancement of chemical sciences in Pakistan. She encourages students to develop critical thinking, laboratory skills, and research ethics. In addition to teaching, she participates in curriculum development, laboratory management, academic quality assurance, and departmental activities.
