Karachi, December 29, 2025 — A signing ceremony was held between DJ Sindh Government Science College, Karachi, and Sapphire Consulting Services to initiate the Digital Transformation Project of the college. The event was attended by key representatives from both institutions.
From the College Education Department and DJ Sindh Government Science College, the attendees included Honorable Prof. Qazi Arshad Hussain Siddiqui (Regional Director, Colleges, Karachi); Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Shahani (Deputy Director, College Education); Principal Prof. Muhammad Mohsin Shaikh; Prof. Dr. Tahira Maqbool Musavi (Academic Incharge, DJ Science College); Prof. Manan Brohi (Head of Sindhi Department); and Prof. Farah Syed (Focal Person IT and Head of Computer Science Department).
Representing Sapphire Consulting Services were Mr. Sher Afghan Zuhair Siddiqui, CEO, and Mr. Faizan Khan, Vice President of Custom Software Development.
This landmark initiative aims to modernize the institution’s digital infrastructure through the development of a comprehensive college website and an integrated student and admissions management portal.
The project holds special significance as it is entirely funded by Mr. Zuhair Siddiqui, an esteemed alumnus of DJ Sindh Government Science College and the owner of Sapphire Consulting Services. His generous contribution ensures that the transformation places no financial burden on the college or the government.
Regional Director Honorable Prof. Qazi Arshad Hussain Siddiqui appreciated the efforts of Principal Prof. Muhammad Mohsin Shaikh and thanked Mr. Zuhair Siddiqui for his philanthropic services.
